“We stick to seasonal offerings by sourcing from local farms; this allows us to use fresh product in our products as well as supports local farms. We do our best to use recyclable packaging and service ware; currently we do not use any plastic items with the exception of forks. We are currently looking into other options for recyclable service ware.”
