Growing Family Farm will have certified organic tomatoes — heirloom, slicer, saladette, plum, cherry, and grape; sweet bull horn peppers; banana peppers; poblanos; eggplant; cucumbers; summer salad mix; romaine; celery; fresh dragon’s tongue beans; coco beans; chard; dandelion; okra; tomatillo; fresh and potted herbs; and Singer Farm Naturals tart cherry juice. Dearhaven Farm is bringing certified organic new potatoes; acorn, delicata, and spaghetti squash; yellow and white flesh organic spray-free peaches; sweet onion; cooking (Spanish) onion; garlic; shallot; leek; heirloom and cherry tomato; sweet pepper; kale; chard; basil; parsley; cilantro; and thyme.
Andy’s Specialty Produce will have certified organic salad mix, spinach, seedless cucumbers, arugula, carrots, new yellow potatoes, red beets, kale, radishes, pea shoots, red leaf and iceberg lettuce, garlic, sweet onions, and green summer cabbage. Squash Blossom Farm is bringing head lettuce, frisee, escarole, chard, kale, speckled radicchio, fennel, radish, sweet pepper, eggplant, cucumber, heirloom and cherry tomato, carrot, beet, scallion, cipollini, squash, watermelon, cantaloupe, celery, basil, parsley, cilantro, thyme, and sage.
Lighthouse Gardens will have certified organic cherry tomatoes; heirloom tomatoes; carrots; bunches of basil; sweet peppers; jalapenos, Hungarian hot wax peppers; celery; scallions; eggplant; garlic, beets; lettuce bouquets; mixed salad greens; rainbow Swiss chard; kale; radishes; kohlrabi; zucchini and summer squash; tomatillos, ground cherries, certified organic herb and vegetable transplants for summer succession planting; ginger, bay laurel, and fig plants; succulents in pots, planters, and hanging baskets; summer flowering perennials; hardy garden mums, hostas; lettuce bowls; herb planters; berry plants; and organic potting soil.
K&S Bischoping will have blackberries, Paula Red and Pristine apples, and heirloom apples Gravenstein, and Chenango Strawberry.. Bolton Farms is bringing sweet corn, amethyst and green beans, heirloom tomatoes, spring mix, lettuce bouquets, butterhead bibb lettuce, basil, bok choi, tatsoi, Tuscan kale, Red Russian kale, parsley, watercress, and curly kale.
Lagoner Farms will have lots of peaches; nectarines; donut peaches; prune, red, and yellow plums, the last of the apricots; raspberries; blackberries; blueberries; pears, and new crop apples — Paula Red, early gold, Zestar, and early Honeycrisp. Chicory Blue Gardens will have glads, zinnias, ornamental grasses, statice, cosmos, amaranth in different colors, dahlias, red and blue ageratum, Chinese forget-me-nots, celosia, and sunflowers.
R&M Bischoping will have heirloom slicing tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, baby zucchini, cucumbers, tomatillos, green beans, seasonal honeys (spring, summer, and fall), and honey and goat’s milk handmade artisan soaps. Trademarks Flower Farm is offering a build-your-own bouquet bar, lots of lush and colorful mixed bouquets, bunches of super-long lasting lisianthus, gorgeous dahlias, sunflowers, and zinnias.
Shannon Brook Farm is bringing certified organic, pasture-raised heritage breed pork: no-nitrate smoked hams, smoked ham slices, smoked and fresh hocks, three types of no-nitrate bacon, ground, butt roasts, loin roasts, two types of chops, six types of sausage, fresh pork belly, tenderloins, soup bones, and leaf lard; grass-fed lamb raised on organic pastures: shoulder and leg roasts, loin, leg, shoulder, and rib chops, ground, shanks, short ribs, and organs (kidneys, hearts, and livers); certified organic, free-range poultry: broiler chickens – wholes and halves, chicken necks, feet, gizzards, and whole ducks; and certified organic free-range chicken eggs.
Clearview Farm is bringing certified organic ground cherries, jalapeno peppers, cucumbers, fresh Genovese and holy basil, squash (cousa, patty pan, and zucchini), Portuguese and curly kale, dried dill, holy basil-tulsi tea, spearmint, truly free-range eggs, organically-fed 100% grass-grown Angus beef in a variety of cuts (bones, roasts, burger, liver, and more), and Genesee Valley Bean certified organic dry black and pinto beans. Tripleberry Farm will have giant pesticide-free blackberries and pesticide-free blueberries plus a full array of pesticide-free berry jams.
Stonecrop Farm is bringing fresh pasture-raised pork chops, tenderloin, kabob meat, shoulder roasts, steaks, spare ribs, ground pork, sausage, bacon, deli ham, hocks, organ meats, bones, trotters, and rendered lard, plus certified organic fresh whole chickens and feet. Zantopia Gardens will have veronica Very Van Gogh plants, butterfly bush Grand Cascade, and a nice grass for contrast called carex buchananii Red Rooster, with a nice bright copper color, plus a good assortment of other interesting plants.
Bristol Mushrooms will have fresh-picked, certified organic lion’s mane and king oyster mushrooms, Brain Booster lion’s mane coffee (now with 40% more in each package), Brain Booster lion’s mane powder, and dried lion’s mane — simply re-hydrate in a soup or stew. Happy HoovesFarm will have beef from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cows and cuts of pork and sausage from pasture-raised pigs; all animals are raised outside on pasture with no corn, no soy, and no wheat organic feed, except cows which only eat grass.
Wohlschlegel’s Naples Maple Farm will have maple mustard; maple fudge; bourbon barrel aged maple syrup; maple BBQ sauce; maple cotton candy; maple coated almonds, cashews, and pecans; traditional, cinnamon, and raspberry maple cream spread; pure NYS maple syrup in flavors golden, amber, dark, and very dark; granulated maple sugar; maple garlic rub; maple coffee and tea; wheat-free oatmeal maple dog treats; soft and hard sugar shapes; and body-care products — maple vanilla soap, lotion, and lip balm.
Seaway Trail Honey will have late summer honey, harvested this week, a dark to medium amber honey with a rich flavor — fresh, raw, with active enzymes; all seasonal local raw honeys from spring to fall, certified Kosher; honeycomb; cute mini bears; black walnuts, almonds, pistachios in honey; infused honeys with organic lavender, ginger, rosemary, cocoa, and cinnamon; pure beeswax candles; and propolis — the leaf resins that bees collect — in powdered, chunks, and tincture; stop by for a sampling, for information about bees and the different types of honey, and to see the educational display of live honey bees for the non-profit NY Bee Wellness Inc.
RocBucha is offering strawberry-basil, raspberry-lemonade, and peach-cardamom kombucha on tap, and will have bottled flavors including ginger, strawberry-basil, pineapple-ginger, blueberry-mint, and raspberry-lemonade; bring any bottle (RocBucha’s or other brand) to fill for $1 off. Le Petit Poutine is featuring sausage gravy poutine and shaved steak poutine, plus spiced peach soda.
Newbury Park Pastries will have chicken, veggie, panang, shepherds, and shrimp panang pot pies along with sugar cookies, rugelach, and sweet pies, galettes, and tarts. Pasta Classics will have ravioli flavors including six cheese, feta & spinach, and butternut squash, plus a wide variety of strombolis.
Boy and the Baker will have seasonal brioche, almond brioche, soft pretzel, pecan maple sticky buns, brioche twist, assorted muffins, coconut rocher, cherry almond granola, roasted banana bread, and chocolate chunk and cinnamon oatmeal raisin cookies. Lavender Moon is bringing soaps, salves, lotions, teas, culinary blends, and all natural repellents Bug Off and Tick Me Off.
JonJohn’s Bakery is bringing blueberry and mixed berry muffins (fruit from Lagoner Farms), blackberry peach tarts (fruit from Lagoner Farms), mom’s mac & cheese, lemon blueberry blackberry raspberry cake (fruit from Lagoner Farms), peanut butter balls, cheesecake brownies, chocolate dipped bourbon balls, bourbon peach cobbler (fruit from Lagoner Farms), bourbon butter pound cake, coconut pecan chocolate chip cookies, monster brownies, grandma’s breakfast cake, monster chocolate cake, oatmeal cranberry cookies, and lemonade.
Flour City Pasta will have the last of the super hot Seven Pot Ramen until harvest. Impact Earth will have sign-ups available for residential food scraps drop off program as well as zero waste lifestyle products and information about community solar.
