Come celebrate tomatoes with us! The variety right now is astounding, the flavors at their peak. Maybe instead we should be declaring National Tomato Sandwich Day, obviously the pinnacle of tomato expression. In the immortal (and paraphrased) words of Macbeth: “Tomatoes and tomatoes and tomatoes…”
