“Our market garden is based on permanent beds. We use very little tillage in our farming practice, preferring to apply a thin layer of surface compost and plant directly on top. This level of disturbance contributes towards soil health. The surface mulch reduces weeding to a minimum. We use foliar feding to bolster plant health, and apply no pesticides organic or conventional. We use biodynamic preps for soil and compost.”
