Production Practices
“Our products are produced, manufactured, and bottled in Ithaca from small farms’ produce grown in the Finger Lakes region with sustainable methods (organic). We prioritize the use of quality fresh ingredients from small local farms which use organic practices (some are certified, others are not). We use heirloom varieties whenever possible and help our farmers with seed collection. Our company composts and uses 100% post-consumer recycled office materials, prioritizing the use of biodegradable, compostable. recyclable materials whenever possible.”
