This Week at the Market

This Week — July 25, 2021

If you buy your peaches at the supermarket, we can safely say you won’t get a smile from the corporation in California that produced those peaches. If you buy your peaches at Brighton Farmers’ Market, you’ll get a big smile from the actual human who grew them, picked them, and brought them to market, fresh for you.

Mask and Safety Update

If you are not fully vaccinated, masks must be worn, and social distancing maintained. If you are fully vaccinated, masks are voluntary.

Music at the Market

This week we welcome the group Kubik’s Rubes to the music tent.

EBT/SNAP Bonus Program

Brighton Farmers’ Market is pleased to offer SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) customers the opportunity to purchase tokens using their SNAP benefits, which can be used to buy SNAP eligible foods at the Market. Any SNAP customer who purchases $5 in tokens with SNAP benefits will also receive a bonus $2 FreshConnect Check to purchase eligible Market products.

Brighton Food Cupboard

We are pleased to be able to accept donations for the Brighton Food Cupboard once again. Donations of food or cash may be brought to the table near the main market tent. Thank you for supporting the Brighton Food Cupboard’s important work.
