Production Practices
“The milk for the goat cheese, milk, and soap comes from our goats. The milk for the cow milk cheese comes fromthe Amsler Farm in Ontario, NY. Quail eggs from our quail. The goats are rotationally grazed which promotes a healthier stock/goat. Grain for the goats is locally sourced from Pine Creek Feed in Lyons. Hay is locally sourced from Marion.”
