This Sunday at Brighton Farmers’ Market, Growing Family Farms is bringing certified organic spinach, baby kale, chard, onions, pasture raised chicken and duck eggs, Singer Farm Naturals tart cherry juice, and Small World ferments and granola. Andy’s Specialty Garlic & Produce will have certified organic spinach, carrots, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, beets, sweet potatoes, yellow onions, and hardneck garlic.

Fisher Hill Farm
 is bringing pea and sunflower shoots, microgreens, Asian greens from the high tunnel, winter squash, sweet potatoes, beets, carrots, parsnips, potatoes, onions, turnips, celeriac, rutabaga, cabbage, frozen chicken, frozen stewing hens, duck, turkey (sale on conventionally-raised), and eggs. Happy Hooves Organic Farm is bringing organic 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef cuts, assorted sausages and cuts from organic pasture-raised pigs fed no soy and no corn, organic eggs from free-ranging hens raised without soy or corn, raw wildflower honey, and candles and soap made with organic ingredients from the farm.

Bristol Mushrooms will have shiitake, king oyster, and lion’s mane mushrooms, fresh-picked and certified organic. Shannon Brook Farm is bringing pork butt roasts, spare ribs, chops, sausages, bacon, and hocks; certified organic free-range broiler chickens (halves and wholes) and whole pekin ducks; and grass-fed lamb raised on organic pastures: loin chops, ground, whole legs, shoulder roasts, Denver ribs, shanks, and organ meats.

Bolton Farms will have lettuce bouquets, spring mix, arugula, red Russian kale, curly kale, escarole, butternut squash, cilantro, bok choy, and spicy mix. Stonecrop Farm is bringing  pasture-raised stewing hens, cuts of heritage pork including smoked ham steaks, shoulder roasts, chops and sausage, and certified organic eggs.

Newbury Park Pastries will have chicken, veggie, panang, shepherds, pulled pork, snow crab mac & cheese, and short rib pot pies along with shamrock sugar cookies. Tripleberry Farm is bringing pesticide-free traditional and reduced sugar jams, plus some goat milk soaps.

Wohlschlegel’s Naples Maple Farm is bringing bourbon barrel aged maple syrup; maple cotton candy; maple coated almonds, cashews, and pecans; traditional, cinnamon, and raspberry maple cream spread; maple mustard; pure NYS maple syrup in golden, amber, dark, and very dark; granulated maple sugar; maple garlic rub; maple coffee and tea; wheat free oatmeal maple dog treats; soft and hard sugar shapes; and body care products — maple vanilla soap, lotion, and lip balm. Brian’s Kitchen will have cookies, chocolate fudge, chocolate chip/peanut butter granola bars; and almond granola bars.

ColorBrightonGreen.org will collect recycling items; check here for items they are currently able to accept and recycle. ColorBrightonGreen.org is temporarily seeking 2- to 5-gallon black plastic nursery pots for a tree-planting project in Brighton; they can be donated at the Market.
