Duck Eggs at the Market

This Week at the Market – February 19, 2017

Try something new — we’re featuring duck eggs at Brighton Farmers’ Market this week. They’re extra delicious and nutritious, and prized by bakers for their richness. Growing Family Farms will have organic duck eggs, along with pasture raised rabbit, chicken, chicken parts, stew hens, spinach, squash, garlic, Small World ferments and granola, and Singer Farm Naturals tart cherry juice. Fisher Hill Farm is also offering duck eggs, plus greens from the high tunnel, winter squash, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, onions, sweet potatoes, garlic, beets, fennel, kohlrabi, local apples, Red Jacket juices, chicken eggs, frozen ducks, and a sale on frozen chickens — buy two, get one free.
